14. a swim

I've been dying to swim lately. However, since it's been too cold i decided to just make a postcard instead. This is what i had made:

And just when i thought things were going, let's say swimmingly, i tipped over a bottle of black ink and my postcard became this :(

What with me being stingy, i decided not to waste the card. I added a few details and,
Ta Daa!
Ok i don't care. I'm sending it anyway.

13. capable

That's right. I started yoga.
Yes. It involves a lot of twisting.
No. I don't think i'm very good at it. Yet.
But i'm capable.

6. instant cheese

Guess who has a polaroid camera?
Me. Yes. Really.
Once again thanks to my cousin Chetna.
I love you Chetna.
Did i tell you you're my favorite cousin?

5. raju's omelette

No, Raju is not my neighbour.
Raju's Omelette is a tiny little kitchen-come-restaurant that serves eggs and pav somewhere in Baroda, and i have to say, the best eggs i have ever had. They owe their deliciousness to impossible amounts of butter, decades of residual grease and their special formula-X secret masala.
The indigestion that sometimes follows is totally worth it.
Thank you Kalapi for introducing me! :)
That below is me. And a plate of boiled-egg tikka masala.
*drool.

4. RIP mac

You were my best friend for five years.
I miss you.
My mac stopped working recently. I feel a little lost without it. :(

my bug

Isn't he sweet?
He was given to me by my cousin, Chetna. (thank you Chetna, you're awesome! :*)
I havn't come up with a name for him yet. Suggestions anyone?
(Watch him hit a block and turn in the video. It's adorable)

3. this is not a kite

Last week was the kite festival, Uttarayan, here in Gujarat. It is a beautiful festival full of fun and colour and, of course, lots of kites.
And if you, like me, are hopeless at getting a kite airborne, (despite copious running and jumping) Gujarati's generously offer you the option of buying balloons instead!
Even better, if you don't look the four-year-old-kite-flying-pro's in the eye you might not even feel silly.

sixty

Tomorrow, i embark on Project Sixty.
Over the last year, i've been blowing hot and cold with my blog updates. Sometimes, the posts are overflowing other times my blog is in hibernation. :(
Well no more! For the next (count the fingers below) days, i am going to put up one post everyday on my blog. No excuses.
So don't forget to look out for the posts! (unless of course, i fail to put them up)
